Voice Agent
AI calls that actually pick up.
A voice agent that answers incoming calls, qualifies them, and books appointments — 24/7, no hold music, in your tone.
What's a voice agent for?
- Answer calls 24/7 — no more missed leads
- Book viewings directly into your calendar (Calendly/Google)
- Multilingual (DE/EN/PL) with a natural sound
- Connects to HubSpot, Pipedrive, or your own CRM
How the project runs
01
Scoping call
30-minute first call: what the agent is for, which caller types, which tools. You get a fixed-price quote after.
02
Build & test
We build the agent, train it on your voice and processes, and test with real calls. You get a demo number.
03
Go live
We route your number to the agent, watch the first calls, and refine. Handover includes docs + training.
Common questions
How natural does a VintAI voice agent sound?
We use ElevenLabs voices — most callers don't catch the difference in the first sentence. We also build in natural pauses, acknowledgement tokens ("uh-huh", "okay"), and interruption handling.
Can the agent run on my existing phone system?
Yes. We route via Twilio (or your own number via SIP trunk) and can hand specific calls off to a human if needed. You keep your phone number.
What happens when the agent doesn't understand a question?
It asks back, hands off to a human, or sends you a WhatsApp/email with the request. No "sorry, I can't answer that" dead-end flow.
Which languages are supported?
German, English, Polish, and 25+ more. Automatic language detection per call is also possible.
What does running a voice agent cost per month?
Setup typically runs €2,500–5,000. Per-call-minute cost is between 8 and 18 cents (ElevenLabs + LLM + Twilio). At 500 calls × 2 min/month = around €130 + €35 telephony = under €200.
