We typically deploy on Modal (serverless, EU), Vercel, or Cloudflare Workers — all EU/GDPR-compliant. You get admin access.
What if I want to switch later?
You have the full source code. We use standard LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) and open-source frameworks — no vendor lock-in.
