What does this cost, roughly?

No flat number — it depends on how many channels, how many phone numbers, which integrations. Setup typically runs €6,000–15,000. On top: €250–600 per month for hosting, AI usage, and tools. You get a concrete fixed-price number after the first 30-minute call, not an estimate.

How long does it take?

A first working system is usually live after 3 to 4 weeks. But: a CRM is never "done". We keep building with you on features and improvements — that's the part I enjoy most. We evolve it together and it gets seriously strong over time.

What does "no results, no fee" mean?

If your team isn't honestly using the system after six weeks of live operation, you get your money back. It's in the contract. The risk is on our side, not yours.

Why not onOffice or FlowFact?

If your brokerage runs fine on standard workflows, those are real options. But: rigid data model, monthly licence forever, and the "AI features" are often just demoware. Our system belongs to you, and you can have it extended at any point — by us or by anyone else.

My team only knows Excel. Will this work?

It's built exactly for that. The interface feels like a cleaner version of your Excel — tables, filters, search. At handover we do one hour of training, then there are short videos for everything. If your team isn't checking in regularly after two weeks, we built it wrong.

What if I need a new feature later?

That's the plan. We keep building with you. If you have an idea — "can the system ask for a review automatically after each viewing?" — write to us. We reply within hours, not days. No change-request process, no separate contract.

Who runs my WhatsApp number and my Calendly?

You do. Everything runs on your accounts and your phone numbers. We set it up and keep admin access for as long as you want us to. At the end you can take us out and run everything alone, or keep us in as your "technical hand". Your call.

What about data protection?

EU hosting wherever possible. Data-processing agreements with every provider, processing-activities register as a template. Clear rules for WhatsApp Business and voice calls — we follow them. For most brokerages this is fully covered by the standard setup.

Who actually builds this?

Michal Andrzejewski, from Berlin. Years of building AI sales systems for DACH companies. Currently two CRMs running live in parallel (Dubai + Berlin). On each project I work with a network of specialists — voice engineering, compliance, design. But the core stays one contact: me.
